By accessing or using Global Death Care software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Global Death Care provides cloud-based funeral management software including case management, cremation scheduling, burial ground mapping, and AI compliance monitoring.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Enterprise clients may request annual billing with a 10% discount.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Death Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
